Patrick Star wakes up one day in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star Game Switch NSP, with one troubling thing: His famous rock house is gone! Patrick thinks it has been taken by a naughty one and sets off on a strange journey through Bikini Bottom.
With the help of his best friend, SpongeBob, and others, he’ll go to great lengths to get them to help, including even Squidward, of which Squidward is not very fond. The plot follows Patrick on a series of clues through some bizarre places, where he finds himself facing all sorts of silly problems and riddles.
It also seems that the real reason for the lost rock is actually much funnier – and less evil – than Patrick had originally thought. A fun and heart-warming tale of friendship, chance discoveries and a reminder that home is not simply a location, particularly for a starfish!
