Pokkén Tournament DX drops you right into the Ferrum League, where Pokémon fight in a new way — face-to-face, in an actual arena battle that’s as close to a fighting game as possible, but still as familiar as the world you know. Select a Battler from 21 different Battle Pokémon such as Pikachu, Charizard, Mewtwo, Lucario, and bring a Support Pokémon like Eevee or Dragonite into battle when you need it.
The action in Battles flows easily from the free-ranging Field Phase to the Duel Phase of close combat, and you’ll need to be quick-thinking and flexible in your approach to keep up with what’s happening. Play the AI, battle in teams of 3, or compete against players from around the world online, and with every Pokémon available from the get-go, the only thing that’s stopping you from becoming the champion is your own abilities. Select your fighter and into the arena we go.
